We look forward to sharing Mornington with our guests. Bring the family(s); The house is on 1/2 acre, plenty of room for fun.
Secure off-street parking for 4 cars plus boat & caravan. Great inside/outside flow.
Two restaurants and coffee shops within 10 minutes' walk, walking distance to Hastings and Havelock North.
Walking and cycling tracks start at the gate.
We are GST Registered and on request will issue a tax invoice for GST registered guests.

Well-appointed home with 4 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom plus ensuite, open plan kitchen with large dining area and separate lounge. Private courtyard perfect for outdoor dining.
Secure property in close proximity to the owner's residence. The home is private with large lawn and courtyard and multiple verandahs. Wonderful outdoor living.
