Perfectly located on a elevated site overlooking rolling hill tops and vineyards our property is located only a 4 minute drive to the Havelock North Village and a short 2 minute drive to popular vineyards including Craggy Range and Black Barn.

Filled with all day natural light the property is tidy and well appointed with spacious living, open plan dining and kitchen with easy flow to the outdoors. Four double bedrooms, tidy bathroom and an extra toilet room with basin.
