Meet & Greet: The host will meet you at the building entrance to provide the keys. We will request your estimated time of arrival the day before check-in. If this time changes a minimum of one hour’s notice is required to be provided to the host prior to guests’ arrival. Check in should be from 3pm to 7pm. If you arrive any time after 7pm there will be an extra charge of $50. Check in should not be later than 11:30pm.

Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.

Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
