I had a wonderful stay! The place was lovely, comfortable and exactly as described. The location was peaceful, convenient and I felt safe the entire time. I especially appreciated the small touches like towels and appliances, which made the stay even more enjoyable. My family and me also enjoyed the pool as it was clean and well kept. I would definitely stay here again and likely recommend it to others!

House was perfect for a family trip with grown children and grandchildren4 bedrooms and 3 bath suited everyone quite nicely.Pool and outside area great for spending time together.Only draw back was that it was about 30 minutes drive for both downtownCape Coral and Punta Gorda restaurants and locals, but I should have done thatresearch ahead of time.House was stocked upon arrival with all the amenities that you needed to get startedHad a small issue with the water quality. Communication and response was handled quickly.

Perfect Little Oasis

The property is located in an up and coming area - very closet to the marina as well. The house was open and spacious. All bedrooms felt private and the backyard with screened in pool, tv, shower and grilling area was spot on. The place had everything we needed. Owner was extremely responsive. The rental is close to family we were visiting. Will certainly stay there again on our next visit. Couldn’t have been anymore perfect for us!
