Condo 1410 is a three-bedroom Premier Playa Blanca corner penthouse unit rental property that will accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and two children ages 12 and under. All Premier rental units at Playa Blanca offer guests additional complementary services including front desk reception, concierge services, on-site maintenance, daily refuse removal, additional toiletries, and coffee service. In-stay cleaning is also available for a moderate fee. Our friendly staff is available for you from check-in to check-out and will do everything they can to ensure your stay with us at the beach is an enjoyable one!
Located at Algodones Beach, Playa Blanca offers stunning ocean views and amazing sunsets., Resort style amenities include: 1 pool, 2 Jacuzzis, swim up bar, tennis/pickle ball court, gym, outdoor grill areas, conference room, wireless internet, cable TV
All units come with fully equipped kitchens but for those who would rather not cook, there are 2 awesome beachfront bars and restaurants with live entertainment within a 5-minute stroll along the beach!!
IMPORTANT NOTE! As mentioned earlier this unit will accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and two children ages 12 and under. The children would need to sleep in the master bed and/or on the couch. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
Finally, this is a pet friendly unit. We allow dogs up to 50 lbs. The fee is not included in the rate.
