This rental offers incredible views, abundant natural light, and spacious accommodations for your group. Nestled in the heart of The Ledges community, Right on Par provides a vacation-like atmosphere.

The main floor features a master king suite, a delightful living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor patio with a grill. Upstairs, you'll find the remaining bedrooms, a loft area, and another outdoor patio space with a fire table—an ideal spot to enjoy the sun during the day or stargaze at night.

Situated just north of St. George, Utah, The Ledges vacation community boasts 360-degree stunning views and easy access to endless trails. The on-site golf course provides additional recreational opportunities. Guests can enjoy two community pools, pickleball courts, and dine at the Fish Rock Grille overlooking the golf course. Whether you're here to relax by the pool, explore the trails in Snow Canyon State Park, or attend a show at the Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheater, your stay at Right on Par promises a memorable experience at The Ledges.

The property was in a beautiful location just far enough from the city to be peaceful but close enough to everything we needed. The house was excellent and was well maintained. The pool was extremely close and is heated even during the colder months. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. House was very clean, cheerful and location was wonderful. Only complaint would be the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be updated. Springs were completely worn down on one side of the bed. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Trip!

We had a great time at The Ledges. Everything was clean and organized and we had plenty of supplies! The management was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly with each inquiry. We would definitely stay again! Our children loved the pool areas and we also enjoyed the outdoor spaces.

Perfect Base of operations

The beds were really comfortable. The amenities were great. We enjoyed the hot tub every night. It was awesome having the ability to charge our EV in the secure garage every night. The price was great and the location was perfect.

Beautiful place to stay

We selected the location because it was close to Snow Canyon, but that wasn't even the best part about this property. The kitchen and dinning area was great and my kids loved the bunk beds. Lots of bathrooms are always good. The patio and propane fire pit was really nice. The best part for us was the pool. We walk down the street everyday we were there to enjoy the pool and hot tub. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Thanksgiving

The rental was great and very well stocked. We had almost everything we needed for a minimal Thanksgiving dinner. It was so nice to have so many bathrooms to help us maintain happiness. The cons were that the beds need replacing, some of them, in a dire way. Also, the house from the highway in the mornings can be pretty loud But overall a great stay!

The owners really did think of everything with plenty of towels and toilet paper to spare for a large group. Stunning views from the balcony and the pool/hot tub was incredible. Our group really enjoyed the botanical gardens nearby and the BBQ restaurant called Pica Rica! Excellent experience in St. George and would recommend this place to everyone!

Almost excellent! The reason I cannot give a 5-star rating is because of issues with the A/C and 2 major appliances. This property is beautiful and well-maintained. Everyone was so excited about how perfect it was for our family and so affordable. But after dark, the temperatures started rising. That seemed very odd since the place maintained a comfortable temperature during the day despite 108 temps outside. It seemed clear it was a thermostat programming issue. I texted the weekend/after-hours line and was told we could try to change the settings and someone could come look at it during regular business hours. There was no access to the settings so the nights were about 80 in the house. We also discovered the front loader washing machine wouldn’t spin, and water was leaking from the freezer. The technician was a very nice guy, who said part of the problem was a recent change in property management companies. We later got a text that the issue was taken care of, but it wasn’t. The property management people were very responsive and kind, even after hours. I know these issues are easily remedied, and we were just the unlucky ones. Besides the uncomfortable nights, it was still a wonderful trip. We really enjoyed the community pool and thoughtful features of this property, like the 2nd level deck, the bunk/game room, & plenty of bathrooms. The floor plan is a very efficient use of space. If these issues were fixed, we would definitely stay there again.
