This fully insulated, fully stocked, 2 bedroom suite provides guests the perfect place to unwind, whether staying for a short or long time. The space is so well stocked and beautifully furnished that guests will forget they are in a basement suite! Come relax at Soujourn on Marleau.

The Space
Guests will have two dedicated parking spaces in the driveway. Entering the suite, guests will head down the stairs where they will be able to sit down, take off their shoes, and hang up their jackets. Entering the living space, guests will find a dining area with 4 spaces, a living area with a sectional sofa, that doubles as a pull-out bed, and fold up coffee table (great for working on the sofa or enjoying a TV dinner!), and a spacious, well-stocked kitchen equipped with a coffee bar! Guests can then access the stylish 4-piece bathroom, laundry room, and two bedrooms that are both equipped with queen beds and high-quality bedding. Being fully insulated, stylishly furnished, and well-stocked, guests will feel truly at home.

I was born and raised in Whitehorse, Yukon, and grew up constantly travelling around. Later in life, I moved to Vancouver, BC, where I stayed for 6 years before moving to Prince George! I bought my first house here in 2022 and decided to turn it into a short-term rental property. I began offering consultation for other homeowners and now help many homeowners through BC create amazing short-term rentals and take care of their guests.

College Heights is a highly sought-after neighbourhood in town and is close to many restaurants, department stores, and grocery stores! There are plenty of walking trails nearby as well!
