The distinctive features inside the home are sure to delight as well, starting with the southwest-inspired living room with its exposed brick look, comfy sofa, and armchair seating. Enjoy a quiet moment of downtime catching up on your favorite shows or gather a small group together for a movie. A hidden book nook on the 1st level is the ideal place to catch up on your reading. The eat-in kitchen is spacious enough for a crowd, well-equipped with all standard appliances, cookware, dining ware, and even a full-size, theater popcorn machine! Should the mood strike you to whip up a home cooked meal or two, this space can accommodate it all. Enjoy your fare at one of the two dining tables, each with seating for 6, or take it outside on the second-level deck to dine al fresco in the fresh Texas air. Peaceful mornings can also be spent here, soaking in lake views of a semi-private residential lake and quiet moments with your morning coffee.

This home comfortably sleeps 14 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and access onto the deck.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 full size beds, smart TV, and access onto the deck.

Bedrooms #3 and #4 both include 2 queen size beds and a smart TV.

The home also includes a half bathroom and 2 full guest bathrooms with oversized vanities and walk-in showers.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Driveway and street parking available for up to 6 vehicles.
- This home is equipped with a total of 4 Security Cameras: 2 cameras on front of house facing entry door, 1 camera in backyard underneath the deck facing backyard away from house, and 1 camera on second floor deck facing the deck and backyard but covered by privacy curtain.
- Homeowners reside part-time on the property in the main home. Guests are requested not to walk to the lake through their private residential property.
- Public access to the lake is located: Take Hwy 46 to I-35 South. From I-35, take the Guadalupe Turnaround (exit 188). Public access is under the bridge. Access includes Beach and Paved 2-lane ramp.
- Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets allowed. An additional daily pet fee of $35/day will be applied after booking is complete for a maximum of 10 days (max pet fee: $350). To avoid fines, please make sure your pet is on a leash and that you pick up after your pet. Failure to clean up pet waste will result in a $50 surcharge. Please note that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
- Dogs should not be left alone in the house or backyard or on the premises and must be kenneled at night.
