To have plenty of space, be close to the action while still having privacy, have games, plenty of seating, make the houses updated & clean. Unique by being so close to New Braunfels (6 minutes) while still being on the Lake! Canyon Lake and Lake McQueeny are 20-30 minutes away from New Braunfels while this exclusive Lake Dunlap house is only 5 minutes to the city limits!
