You will have DIRECT RIVER ACCESS, so it is perfect for playing or just relaxing as you watch others float in the river below. The pebble beach is nothing short of FANTASTIC!!! You can enter the river right off the pebble beach and exit at a variety of places up & down the river, there are shuttle services available to return you to the property. Also, if you enjoy live music, the property is short drive to River Road Ice House & Gruene Hall. This home does not have a river view. Interested in fishing? This is the perfect place for you! The Guadalupe River at the 3rd crossing is stocked with trout starting December 1st!

This newly constructed luxurious 4 bedroom /3 bath home sleeps 12 guests comfortably. Open kitchen/dining/living room with many extra amenities. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home including a Keurig 12 cup & K cup combo coffee maker. Owners have provided a child's highchair and Pac N Pay for convenience. Granite counter tops with a large island for extra seating in the full kitchen which includes dishes, all appliances and cookware. It also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen smart TV and an en suite bathroom. There is a private porch off the master bedroom with beautiful views of the cliffs. I great place to have your morning coffee and enjoy the wildlife. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed. The guest bathroom is conveniently located by the guest’s bedroom. Downstairs is the 4th bedroom. It has 2 twins and a twin over twin bunk bed. There is also a full bath in the downstairs room. There is a charcoal grill. and corn hole to use as well.

There are tube rentals (during Summer months) next door at Cap's Crossing. A shuttle back from Lone Star Float house provides a perfect afternoon float trip. Additionally, there is a large rock beach a short walk from the house and a deep natural swimming hole there as well. You may even spot goats at breath taking heights in the mornings. A large car port is the perfect spot to toss washers and catch a break from the sun. The beach is private as you are in a gated community with other vacation renters. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No smoking, no parties, no pets. The maximum occupancy is 12 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. NO RV's, trailers, ATV's or tents allowed. You can park 4 cars at the home, and another 2 cars at the extra parking.

To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home may be monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
