It was very affordable for just two nights, it is a great cabin for just you and your partner or a small group of friends. Everything was clean, the hot tub is super hot ready to go when you get there. Close to the village as well as the lake!

Loved the old school arcade game, several sleeping options including bunk beds, very cozy feel. The only issue was that we wanted to make a fire but there was no wood or lighter so we had to go back out and get those things. Not a problem, I just wish I had known before that I needed to bring them. Maybe it was in fine print somewhere and I missed it--everything else was great!
Upon arriving at the property we booked, we were told by a maintenance person on-site that we would not be able to stay at the cabin due to a bathroom plumbing problem that would not be fixed right away. We were only told upon arriving at the cabin, and not prior. We were placed in an alternate cabin that the property management company also managed. It smelled when we entered, the fireplace did not work, the spa was dirty and not as pictured, there was no snow in the area for my kids to play in, the furniture was old, dirty and uncomfortable. The property management company did nothing to provide a discount or offer any additional services to make up for the huge inconvenience. The worst part was that the location was not where we wanted to be, after a very long search prior to booking this cabin. It was not what we had wanted or paid for. That was disappointing.

Thank you, Lori, for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the last-minute change due to the unexpected plumbing issue and understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive and not be able to stay in the home you originally booked. We regret that the alternate cabin did not meet your expectations, and we apologize for the concerns with cleanliness, amenities, and location. Your experience is not the standard we aim to provide, and we will be reviewing this internally to improve our communication and handling of similar situations in the future. We appreciate your feedback and regret that we weren’t able to provide the stay you had hoped for.
We're here to ensure a 5-star experience for every guest. Our team offers 24/7 support and local experience packages.
