The room was much smaller than the listing made it out to be, the listing said the property spoke English & Portuguese, but the only language spoken was Portuguese… After waiting all day to check in at 4pm, the door code didn’t work & it took another 20 minutes to get in the room… The a/c in the room BARELY worked, but LUCKILY there was a fan in the closet!!!! The listing said there was a hot tub & pool on site- But the hot tub was broken (with no notification)… Other than all of this, the stay was fine!
