Our large country house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac (cul-de-sac), no cars or passers-by, on a one-acre lot, wooded with large mature trees and bordered by two streams. The most accurate description is: nature, tranquility and privacy in the heart of the Eastern Townships countryside. Our house is as warm as it is equipped with everything that provides comfort and functionality. Its three fireplaces keep warm in the winter and its swimming pool (heated to your liking) and its air conditioning cool in the summer. It is a paradise of BBQ, campfires, hammocks and starry sky (telescope and binoculars). Young children can enjoy a play module (perched cabin, sandpit, swings, rings, bean ball), a large trampoline, a WII console, Legos in addition to several board games (for older children too!).

Our street is located in a rural area. There are 4 mountains and mountains, many hiking and biking trails, 8 golf courses, 4 lake beaches, 2 ski hills and many cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails, all between 2 and 20 minutes by car. The city of Sherbrooke offers all services, shops and excellent gastronomy within a 10-minute drive.
