HORROR SHOW !! STAY AWAY !!

I rented this property for the weekend of the College Football Playoff Championship Game and was excited for the trip . I drove 12 hours from Chicago with my service dog . When we got there at midnight I realized the heat wasn’t on and the temperature in the house was 50 degrees . My service dog and I had just drove 12 hours so we turned the heat up to 70 and went to sleep . Woke up 10 hours later and the heat was still NOT WORKING !! I had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with EVOLVE the property management company as well as the actual owner of the house. THEN IT GOT EVEN WORSE !! Because I spent a night in a house where it was 50 degrees , I GOT SICK AND HAD TO STAY IN ATLANTA 4 EXTRA DAYS!! Had to call off work and pay for a hotel room. THE TRIP ENDED UP COSTING ME DOUBLE all because of a terrible host and property management company. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE OR ANY PLACE MANAGED BY EVOLVE
