The apartments located in Observation Rise are simply wonderful. The location is convenient to the beach, shopping, and restaurants, and the amenities are outstanding (indoor heated pool, sauna, exercise room, outside lagoon). The hosts are very kind and accommodating and communication and check-in are excellent. We would definitely stay here again!
Every thing about this unit is just lovely, the view is great, lovely beach vibe in the decor, all the amenities are so good, spa, outdoor pool ,heated indoor pool , tennis court & BBQ area & all just a short stroll to the beach ,cafes & restaurant's. Communication with the realtor was excellent,thanks. We would definitely recommend this accommodation

Very grateful for early check in after long drive from Esperance. Loved our stay in this pleasant and comfortable apartment with relaxing sea view. Amenities good but beds only double not queen size which would have been better - plenty of space for this size. Aircon in main living area - main bedroom has small Dyson fan. Lovely heated indoor pool and spa and good gym. My husband enjoyed the outdoor pool. Car park in complex on same level as apartment which was very convenient. All photos of the apartment are true. The apartment and complex are well maintained. Convenient location to all Scarborough Beach has to offer including very good variety of food and beverage options. Great beach, and night markets on Thursday are fun. Would stay again when next visiting Perth and happy to recommend. Good physio located nearby too.
Apartment M204 is in a superb location and is furnished to a very high standard. The location is excellent for Scarborough and the beach front area.It’s very well equipped and has everything you need if you were eating in or stopping in for the night, although we didn’t! The utility room with washer / dryer did come in useful.The underground car parking was great and the whole apartment block felt secure, and Security guards were on duty 24/7.Would have no hesitation in booking again.
Property is nice and well located. Surrounding area is good. Really enjoyed our experience at ‘The Sand Bar’. The beach is great. The skatepark was fun for the kids.
The exit expectations are high when one considers the significant cost to stay here. Guests are reminded that ‘this is not a hotel’….?
The car park entry fob is not pleasant to use.
