Loved our trip . Great location.
We loved our trip and the location of this property is great for a ski stay . Property needs a little love and then should hit 5 stars every time .

Very nice quiet stay
The rental is right across the street from the mountain, which was wonderful. The complex was very calm and quiet.
Perfect space and place for family of four for a week to going skiing and enjoy the beautiful landscape, weather and town. Had a great time despite the wind during the week and nights. Will definitely rent again in the future.
We were very happy with our stay, location was great walking distance to giant steps and general store. The condo was clean and cozy with everything we needed to enjoy a lazy weekend.
Great clean place. Excellent location and I was able to completely disconnect, yet stay connected. The place was well stocked with everything I needed when the snow storm hit and I was grateful for the consideration the owners had put into making sure there was enough.
Place was perfectly comfortable for our family with 3 kids and our dog. Easy access to the property, close to everything. Smart tv, board games, loft with bunk bed a big plus!
The unit was very nice, clean, beds were very comfortable. It was chilly at night and early mornings and heaters in bedrooms worked well, but living room did not warm the room well, it was not an issue however. We enjoyed our stay but did not realize laundry facilities were not available in the resort community for guests. Overall, great stay and I would recommend. Booking was easy and all details provided promptly by the owner.
We had a great stay in Brian Head and the condo was just the right size for our family of 4. It was very comfortable and cozy! It was also walking distance to the slopes, a couple of restaurants, and Brian Head Sports. The property manager was so great with communication too!

Great Ski Stay
Great spot right walking distance from Giant Steps lodge and nearby restaurants. Comfortable condo with everything needed to cook (e.g. loved the electric griddle, waffled maker, and array of cookware). If you're not staying on the mountain - this is next best. Breeze getting in and out - and note that we had 12" of snow - and the plows were there every morning before 7:00 AM to make it easy getting out.

Very cute and clean.
Over all a very cute place to stay. Had everything we needed. The couch isn't the one pictured. The one there works but isn't the most comfortable. Property needs a little maintenance and finishing touches. Over we did enjoy our stay.
The unit was clean and had some nice upgrades such as bathroom vanity and bedroom furniture. The carpet needs to be replaced and kitchen appliances need to be updated. The couch is really old and needs to be replaced as well. Location was good, access to town walking trail.

Nice updates but a few things missed the mark.
Like most units at Brian Head this is a dated unit but there are some really nice upgrades. It wouldn't take much to get it up to 5 stars for me. Just a few things need updating or repaired. Loved the huge windows in the living room that let in lots of light.
We enjoyed out stay at this property. The pictures are pretty accurate and it looks nice in person. The beds were very comfortable, though the living room couch was not as pictured, and was not cozy for watching tv on a snowy evening. The wall heaters in the living room put out plenty of heat, although they appear to be in pretty rough shape. It was nice to have a separate sleeping area, tv and bathroom for the kids upstairs. It is a loft, so it is difficult to have both tv's on at the same time. There were plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows available and lots of natural light. I would recommend bringing your own toilet paper and kleenex as there were very limited amounts of low quality products available at the property and we had to go buy additional rolls at the market. Overall we would stay here again.
It was a nice place. But they need to update the pictures of the furniture for the family room. It was not what was shown. It was a hard leather couch with two chairs none of which were comfortable for our family of five to relax in. When we got there and I was confused I looked online and saw that some reviews had complained about the old couch, so I’m guessing this was a replacement because of that but it was not a good choice as it is not a comfortable set up In my opinion. Also got there to find out the dishwasher didn’t work, which wouldn’t be a big deal except for the sign posted next to it saying they were going to charge you $25 if you didn’t do your dishes or take out your trash or empty the fireplace. Other than those two things it was a great location and cute little set up. I would stay there again.
Place has a lot of potential but lacking the small details.
Small little place across the street from giant steps. Not a ski in ski out. Good location however.
Overall a good stay but the following needs to be improved
-check in instructions were outdated. Code did not open lock box but digital pad on door. Condo also has 2 entrances…this was not disclosed.
-heating in unit is very poor. Even turned all the way up we were freezing.
-no wood for the fireplace (it’s winter folks!)
-couch was falling apart
-shower head was poor.
-internet for smart tv was not working however it worked on our phones.
-checkout time of 10am is extremely early! 11am at least.
- add mentioned a dryer but did not see one. Maybe they meant the boot warmer.
Details this placed knocked out of the park:
-ample bedding and blankets (you will need them)
- fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils
- boot warmer
- 2 space heaters ( again, you will need them)
Finally. A safely detail - the stairs are slanted away from the wall. This is very treacherous!!! 2 members of our party fell.
