Not to mention the close proximity of the 'Flat to Vale Trail' (part of the Shiraz- Coast to Vines Trail) and many hiking tracks located within the Onkaparinga River National Park.
A perfect setting to indulge the Mediterranean climate, during the long summer days/nights, or, a cosy, quaint spot to enjoy a suspended open fire place, whilst nostalgically listening to some old vinyl records during the winter months.
