Self check-in to this apartment:
*Key pick-up location is at Oneciti Air, inside a secure lockbox accessible 24/7. The lockbox location is in the same building as your apartment, further Self-Check In instructions will be sent before your arrival date.
*We require a form of government ID and an online check-in form to be completed for the main guest. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes.
*There is NO carpark and luggage storage available for this apartment, but we can suggest a few paid options nearby.
*Our check-in time is 3pm, for early check-in request, please double check with us in advance for availability.
During stay & Departure:
*We provide a full set of beddings & linens as well as a set of towels per guest.
Extra linens can be provided at a fee, please get in touch for more details.
*Extra cleaning service & linens changing can be arranged during your stay at additional cost, the fee would be the same as the cleaning fee listed per clean.
For booking more than 21 days, a mid-stay cleaning would be required at guest’s expense, please contact us to request any cleaning service in advance.
*We provide a starter pack of refreshments and essentials that will last for your first few days, please purchase on your own when the stocks are running out.
*Please be a respectful and considerate guests. Strictly no party policy.
*A damage deposit of NZD 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
*Please always have your keycards / keys with you, misplacing or damaging the keycards / keys upon departure or having a lockout during stay will incur call-out locksmiths / building managers charges.
