This property has its own entrance and is totally self contained, ample street parking & close to the River, the Ocean, CDH, trails, Mount Prevost, Lake Cowichan is 20 minutes away. If your here for work or play this property has everything you need for a couple or travelling alone.

The property is a suite attached to a main house that is also a rental suite.
The property is fully self contained and the only interaction with neighbours would be in the front yard / entrance.
Guest access
The unit itself and front yard only. There is a patio set, out front to sit at if you are a smoker or just want to be outdoors, looking on to the culdisac. Back yard is not accessible for the suite guests.
