The home is pet friendly and will accept up to 3 dogs but there is an additional pet fee of $22/dog/night (before tax). Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. If you bring more than one dog and do not let us know, you will be charged accordingly. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation.

Please be aware that, due to this home's somewhat remote location, cell phone service is not guaranteed.

The main house is private and completely for your use except for the basement, which is used for storage by the homeowners and is off limits to guests. In addition to the main house, there are two other buildings (a historic barn and historic smokehouse) on the property. These other buildings are not part of the listing, not for guest's use, and should not be entered during your stay.
