PLAZA 1113 9800 Coastal Hwy. NON SMOKING - NO PETS Direct Oceanfront 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. This end unit condo has it all - an oceanfront balcony along with a private enclosed balcony on the bay side of the unit, great for watching the 4th of July fireworks at Northside Park. Enjoy the updated kitchen and comfortable seating in the living room. The condo is fully equipped with all appliances. The building has both indoor and outdoor pools. During the summer season enjoy the Tiki bar/grill on the oceanfront deck and on-site restaurant open during the evening. Registration fee $80 payable 4/1 - 10/19 includes parking for two vehicles. Fee for extra vehicles $20 a day or $80.00 per week. Non-smoking. No pets, please.
