Downtown Trailside Cottage

Summary:
Check it out! 5 STAR Location! Direct Trail access. Paved and single track. Our super cute cottage style home offers direct access to the Crystal Bridges Museum trail head across the street(Slaughterpen System and greenway). The paved trail leads to the Crystal Bridges Museum and passes by the deck overlooking the museum. This same paved trail also leads to Compton gardens and the square allowing our visitors to access all Bentonville has to offer without touching a street.

The Space:
**** Covid19 Cleaning update**** We use a commercial grade disinfectant called Concrobium. With Concrobium Broad Spectrum Disinfectant II, pros can count on an EPA-registered bactericide, virucide, tuberculocide and fungicide that contains no harmful chemicals. All surfaces are treated after every stay for your safety!
Across the street from the Crystal Bridges Trail Head. We have a king sized bed in the master and a queen in the other room. There is also a queen air mattress. The house features 2 full baths, full washer/dryer, coffee maker, and an elevated deck with a view of the backyard often full of deer and a full kitchen set up for cooking. This space has wifi, a smart TV and a basic Hulu account. We consider this house to be ride in/out if you are coming to Mountain Bike the Slaughter pen system starts across the street and Crystal Bridges can by accessed by walking via the greenway(Short shaded walk)

Quite single family neighborhood near the Black Apple development. Single Track right behind the house, Greenway and more single track across the street.
