Very close to town and the mountain, The house is so large and spread out it was comfortable for our group of 12 adults on a retreat. Large kitchen a gather areas.

The house was great for a large group. Communication was very good with the host. Kitchen was well stocked for large group. As mentioned in previous reviews, the property is on the older side and hasn't been recently updated. I think the house is over 150 years old and historically significant which is interesting. Great trip. Thanks!

Great location, close to everything. Old,historic house, but needs several safety upgrades...3 guests got a splinter in their foot due to very old flooring, some windows painted shut, so could not be opened for fresh air, most windows had no screens and bees and bugs came in. The kids had a blast playing tag and hide and seek in the house with its many stairs, halls and unique floor plan.

Host was very responsive. House was in great location right off of main street and our group was able to walk to base of Peak 9 everyday to ski. The house is very unique and has plenty of space and rooms to accommodate large groups.

Great family time in Breckenridge

This property is a lovely Victorian house with many nooks and crannies to play hide and seek in. The kids had a great time playing pool and air hockey and the large dining space accommodated our entire family.

Location was fantastic! My only complaint is that the kitchen chairs had seen better days and the kitchen seemed to be the best/only place for our large group to gather. Overall, we had a great time.

Great location and size

It’s about a 5 min walk to quick silver lift. Our group had a great time here! It’s definitely an older feeling house, but the size and location, it’s easily worth it. I’d stay here again

Unbeatable location, massive house for 20 guests

This stay was perfect for our group of 24 guests. Everyone had a bed. Walkable to all restaurants and shops in downtown Breck as well as the quicksilver lift. House is dated but our group didn’t mind. We love the hot tub and game room. Will definitely be coming back

This house had everything we needed for our ski trip.

This house is perfect for a large group. Bedrooms are spread out so you can have family privacy. It was well equipped. The location was perfect for shopping, grocery, sledding, restaurants, and ski lifts. Would definitely stay there again.
