Being at one with nature.
Can’t recommend this place highly enough. What a beautiful place, very clean, cozy and welcoming. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. We needed needed a peaceful and relaxing few days away from the hustle and bustle of city life and this place delivered. Beautiful home on the outskirts of Livingston. The home’s surrounding is absolutely tranquil. You are surrounded by mountains, can see million of stars at night, hear the sound of the river nearby and catch an occasional deer on the property. The Yellowstone National Park is only 45 minutes away. We took a two hour horse ride, went hiking at Pine Creek Park and swam in the geothermal hot springs pool at Chico Hot Springs. This is the perfect place to stay and enjoy the beauty of nature. Thank you for such a great experience. We look forward to visiting again in the future. Jimmy & Elaine

Livingston Retreat Review
Overall, the stay was nice. The property is quite nice to stay on and we utilized the fire both nights we stayed. The road in and out of the property was quiet at night and had excellent weather for sitting outdoors. The first night we did randomly lose power to the property (not faulting the property at all as this was a local issue not just isolated to the property) Overall the interior was for the most part clean, the bedrooms and main bath was in the basement along with the laundry. There were randomly a lot of small bugs that would end up on the tile floor of the bathroom (looked like centipedes)... being in the woods it wasn't the biggest of deals but something to note. Beds were comfortable and the property was quiet to sleep at. The kitchen was mostly stocked with essentials, the pantry that had items donated to it was also a nice touch. The host was very responsive and nice when something was needed. Easy communication and easy check in/out. There were a few odds and ends misc details that could maybe be improved on for the place but my summary for the 2 night stay was: - Clean, easy to find, easy check in/out, and enough amenities to get by in the mountains. Would likely consider in the future if passing through again.
