Turn off the gas fireplace. Pile sheets on top of beds. Close/lock all windows. Set thermostat to 55 & turn off all devices. Leave used towels on bathroom floors.

Family ski week!

We had a wonderful week at the cabin! Very well stocked and comfortable, but the fire pit and the neighborhood deer were the highlight for us! Can’t wait to return next year!

We appreciate it being pet friendly.However, bringing our extended family and cooking our meals, we think a few more cooking skillets and pans variety would be helpful.We enjoyed the "homey" decor and comfortable furnishings.Location was great and the secluded atmosphere fit our style. The view was perfect for us.The gas logs were a great add for our granddaughters, also.

Mountain Get Away

We had a cold but relaxing ski trip and had a blast staying cozy while getting much needed rest!! The hostess was very accommodating and understanding after our long trip there

We had a wonderful time in the "Chalet". The cabin was quite roomy, especially so in the bedrooms (2 master bedrooms!) and the great room. The views from the porch were spectacular, particular watching the sunrise every morning over the mountains across the valley. Our host was both quite thoughtful in her concern that we have all we needed and quite prompt in answering any question we had. We were mightily impressed and hope to return here next summer!

Great Experience

The house was perfect for our needs. As we stepped inside, we were greeted by a spacious garage that provided ample storage for our ski gear, making it convenient to prepare for our winter adventures. The neighborhood charm added to our experience, as we frequently spotted graceful deer wandering among the trees during our drives in and out. With its ideal location and inviting atmosphere, I wholeheartedly recommend this home as a fantastic place to stay.

Angel Fire stay

The house is beautiful. We only had issues with the bedding. We rewashed all the sheets, and all "stains" came out. I do not believe the housekeeper washed the sheets. Other than that hiccup, our stay was fantastic.

Cleanliness is a very high priority for our chalet. We will do everything possible to rectify any issues that may arise due to cleaning staff issues. We supply 2 sets of sheets for every bed and new sheets are in place. The refund of your cleaning fee will be considered if you are not satisfied (as it was for this guest).

Family summer mountain vacation

This was a great get away from the crowds and heat. Very nice home surrounded by hillside and trees. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of space for the 5 of us. Comfortable beds and house is well ventilated when windows are opened. Nice woods to stroll around, hang a hammock and walk along the road in eve, and also a short walk to reach Coyote Trail junction for local hike. Little traffic by the house but heard construction noise in distance. Drive time to lake and town center was minimal. Driveway is a bit steep but we had no problems & there is a turnaround. Gas grill worked and nice deck for relaxing and views.

We have been coming to Angel Fire since we were dating, over 43 years ago! Having a chalet on the mountainside is a dream come true. Sharing it with family, friends and guests is what we love to do so that others can enjoy all the Enchanted Circle has to offer.

Why they chose this property

The quiet, peaceful setting with quacking aspen and fragrant pines set on the side of a mountain with a long view is what attracted us to this part of Angel Fire. It’s close to the slopes, the country club and trails where you can walk to Monte Verde lake. And the national forest is 1/4 mile down the road.

What makes this property unique

The view from the huge deck is amazing - colorful sunrises and sunsets are common sights from it. The long view over looks aspens and pines and encompasses the ski area. The peacefulness can be enjoyed from the deck, by the fire pit or hiking a nearby trail.
