It is centrally located in Woden, a 5 minute walk to the hospital, 10 minute walk to Woden Westfield and 5 minute walk to a beautiful park area Eddison Park.

There are three bedrooms easily accommodating 6 guests - one King, one Double, one twin (2x singles). The apartment is on the top floor of a 3-floor building (please note it is stair access only).

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn`t a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.
1. There are STRICTLY no parties allowed in this apartment.
2. Loud noise past 10pm is prohibited. We have noise monitors that will alert us to this.
3. Strictly no smoking, including on the balcony.
