Perfect for Boaters

This property is perfect for boaters or just chillin by the pool. Host has provided a wonderful place to relax with the family! This location is convenient to shopping and beaches and is easy to get to Longboat Key area by boat.

After a slight miscommunication due to the dreaded spam folder, the check in process was painless when the property manager contacted me directly and was very courteous. The property is gorgeous and we loved having our own outdoor oasis for the kids to enjoy. The property was clean and just as advertised. 10/10 would use again.

My Dream Vacation Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year coming here and already booking for next year. It was more than I had ever expected. The house is immaculate, decorations are perfect. Everything is just beautiful clean and we bring our boat and the boat lift is perfect. The pool and the Jacuzzi are open and it’s my own oasis.

Visited AMI daily, but then returned to our own backyard Oasis

The rental is exactly as depicted. We loved the outdoor space enjoying the screened in porch, and outdoor pool area. The rental was very clean and nicely decorated. We have no complaints and we are very happy we chose this beautiful home for our family vacation.

Amazing

This house was so cute and very clean. The backyard was an oasis; the pool was warm, the hot tub felt amazing, and heated up pretty quickly. The home had eveything we needed and then some, even kayaks to take out on the water. We were about 10 min from many beaches on Anna Maria Island without the congestion of island. Matt was very quick to respond to questions we had. The checkout process was also super easy. We would love to come back again.

Friends Getaway March 2025

Great property overall. Nicely done and comforftable. I would note a areas for improvement. Temperature: the Nest was not functioning most of the time so it was too cold/warm. A full length mirror would be nice and the doors don't close well on the bunk room.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in town for baseball tournaments. We love to fish so this was an excellent choice. We have a large family of 10 so it was a little difficult but thank goodness for the bunk room. The backyard and dock were definitely the best things and we enjoyed all of it. We will be back in November and plan to stay here again.

Our new Vaction home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I definitely would recommend this house to anybody. It is more than expected from pictures beautifully decorated, spotless . Great working AC. Kayaks in the shed to use. The pool and spa were great floated around a lot in the pool and it’s right on the canal with the boat lift. We brought our boat and went out fishing almost daily. We will definitely be coming back next year . I will be booking it soon. Oh iand the backyard at night with the lights everywhere was breath taking . Me and my husband had fresh smoked salmon, lobster from the nearby fresh fish market homemade fresh fudge from the fudge factory and homemade fresh ice cream from the ice cream store all near by ❤️
