We had a great time at this Waterfalls property. So amazingly centrally located. Beautiful views. Quiet windows kept any noise out from being so close to the city.We ate dinners at Papagallo (lively) and Victoria Harbor House (yummy stalwart). Breakfast in from crust bakery and The Blue Fox Cafe. Walked to all. Easy in and out of the garage from Butchart Gardens (of course) and the Swartz Bay ferry. Parking was amazing to have two adjacent spots. Great hosts!

Nice, clean, comfortable property in an excellent location, just minutes walking to the Inner Harbor and many attractions. Tons of nearby dining options available, most allowing minors until 10pm. Enough space for our family to have privacy if needed. All necessary amenities avaialble in the condo for cooking, extra linens, shampoos, conditioner, etc. Rooftop pool looked nice, but we did not have time to use it. Hot tub was not avaialble during our stay, unfortunately. The host was easy to contact and prompt with replies. Check-in was relatively easy, although initial parking to access the keycafe was difficult with street construction. Overall, great place. We would definitely consider staying again.

Check out procedures presented a problem that took too long. Host needs to provide an emergency direct contact number - not through VRBO. The key storage box failed and there was no “Plan B” for returning the key. Maybe provide a plan along with the second set of keys inside the condo. This situation was very stressful considering the time delay in getting to the airport on time.

The property is new and clean. Had everything we needed as listed in the ad. Deborah was always available and prompt with her answers to our questions. The location is amazing and close to 90% of everything you want to see. Also a small grocery store and drug store is nearby. If you will be using the living room as a 3rd bed, the bus and weekend crowd noise below the window is quite loud. We already knew this from other reviews so we booked being aware of it. Would definitely stay here again. Victoria is beautiful…

This is a wonderful place to stay! It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and in an excellent location in downtown Victoria. The check in process is a little complicated but once we figured it out we were all set. The host is very responsive and welcoming.

Great central location for families with teens

The condo itself was bright and modern, and the pool area was lovely and private. We loved the downtown location as we parked our vehicle upon arrival and then were able to walk everywhere. I will say that if you are considering booking that you know that it can be noisy on some nights from the pub directly across the street. Overall a good stay and I would recommend it to others.
