Our family had a great time at this pet friendly property, which is in a great location close to shops restaurants but isolated enough to enjoy the wildlife every day! The hot tub under the stars was the topper on two great days in Ruidoso and we can’t wait to return and stay again!

Fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We stayed here about 3 to 4 years ago and just loved it!! Plenty of space for us and very CLEAN. Easy to get to and in a nice area. We already plan on staying here on our next visit to Ruidoso!!!!!!!!!

About our stay

My family and I enjoyed the place. Beautiful house. The host was very helpful and responded to all my inquiries fast. The only thing we could not use was the hot tub because it was right in the open facing a road. Other than that, great place. We will stay here again if we come back to Ruidoso.

Our stay

Need to provide more info. We were given the password for the Wi-Fi but weren’t told which Wi-Fi to use. There was a choice of 5. We had 3 flickers for the Tv but didn’t know what each one was for. Also, there was no paper guide for the channels. The towels in the bathroom were terrible. Looked to be about 15 - 20 years old. The hot tub was inconsistent. One night we couldn’t get the lights turned on. Another night, only one side of the jets came on. To shut the recliners, we had to use our legs and hands to shut them.

I am sorry you were disappointed in your visit. We do check in with all of our guests while they are staying with us to ensure they are satisfied and comfortable. Had we known about the clickers, we would have been happy to come situate them and label them. The bath towels are actually only a couple of months old since we have had to replace all of our towels and linens after our laundry facility flooded this past summer. We hope that in the future you will reach out to your host while you are at the property so that they might have the chance to make your stay more satisfying.
