The 1 bedroom villa includes a plush king-size bed and adjoining bath with a walk-in shower, a separate spa tub, and double vanity in the primary bathroom. There is a living room that has a sleeper sofa to accommodate more guests. Along with a separate dining area, there is a full kitchen with all the necessities to cook and enjoy a cozy family meal. There is a washer and dryer in suite as well. Enjoy the landscape with a fully furnished balcony off the living room.

Amenities include 2 outdoor pool areas with available cabanas (extra charge), a whirlpool, an Adventure Water Park, which includes several water slides, a boogie-board ride, and a lazy river attraction. We also have a large fitness center, a sauna, an upscale Spa and Salon, and even a kid's activity room with games. Discover your perfect vacation enjoying the outdoor fireplace under the stars, having fun in our water activities, or playing a round of golf at the beautiful Kierland Golf Club. If you venture outside the property, you will find local attractions like the Phoenix Zoo, The Desert Botanical Gardens, and the Musical Instrument Museum.
