Excellent place to stay

This was a very nice place to stay. It was well furnished. Was easy to get anywhere from here. The pool was very nice. A quiet location. We enjoyed our stay.

Bucerias Basics

We have gone to PV for 10 years wanted to check out Bucerias and compare. I picked this location as was on other side of dividing line of HWY 200. So was test of nieghbourhood more than anything. East of HWY 200 is very Mexican flavoured nieghbourhood but definitely not the Golden Zone. As always Mex nieghbourhood noisy with dogs and roosters, dusty with roads and traffic and poor compared to US/Can. But that is why I love Mexico. It is basic no pretense. The people, the food and the price make for a great vacation. Did I mention the constant temperature and hours of sun. The beach is 15 minute walk and so relaxing. Chair and umbrella supplied made for great beach day. Pool does the job too. All in what you like. If want a little adventure and feel of Mexico this place good for your stay. If want to put nose higher in the air go to Golden Zone pay the price and hang with Yanks/Canucks only.

Great Condo

We stayed for the first time in Bucerias and this condo. Our host was super, he made sure we were looked after with the property manager and checked in with us to make sure everything was fine. The condo (at the time of our stay in Feb 2024) was basically new. We had everything we needed, full kitchen with lots of pots, frying pans, utensils, cutlery, etc. The only thing missing was a cork screw which we bought and left behind for the next guests. The beds were great, air conditioning was nice and cold for a comfortable sleep. An interesting note, there is a view of the ocean from the deck! Every day we went for a walk on the beach, which was a ten minute walk away from the condo. There are plenty of vegetable and fruit markets around and bigger full modern stores 15 to 20 min walk away. In the afternoons we lounged and used the pool which was heated and refreshing. All of the guests or owners we met at the pool were very gracious. Surprisingly the pool was never very busy, so we had great time relaxing. The condo is not in the touristy area which is a ten minute walk away. We love this location and the charm of the neighbourhood. Super happy with our stay and would stay again!
