A stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom timber frame all season chalet at the base of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. A true ski-in ski-out home surrounded by incredible views of the Purcell mountain range and the Columbia Valley landscapes, equipped with a brand new hot tub on the back deck, gas fireplace, barbeque, stunning front balcony, Sonos Speakers and Starlink WiFi internet. The back deck overlooks a beautiful backyard that connects to a forest and creek. In the fall and summer, there is quick access to fantastic mountain biking, hiking, golfing, fishing, paddle boarding and horseback riding.
The open concept second floor features vaulted ceilings and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, and is stocked with spices and cooking oil. The guest bathroom off the kitchen features a shower and a washer and dryer.
The master bedroom, located in the upstairs enclosed loft, includes a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a separate bathtub and shower. The first floor features two bedrooms which share a bathroom. The first bedroom includes a queen sized bed and the second includes a queen bed and bunk bed (bunks: queen lower, single upper). Storage areas for skis and other sports equipment are also available on the first floor with built in ski racks as well as an attached garage.
Whether you’re looking to unwind in nature with breathtaking views, an adventurous ski trip on the incredible Kicking Horse terrain, or a family getaway, this chalet has everything you need for a great escape and memorable trip!

For the safety of our guests, we do have security cameras on the exterior of the home.
This property is a true ski-in/ski-out - ski down to the base in the winter via cat track.

Exquisite and enjoyable!

Super clean, comfortable, inviting, and spacious three- story home! It was a good base for us to make day trips to the Canadian national parks. The hot tub was so nice after a day of hiking and biking! The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped and the beds were comfy.

Fantastic Experience All-Around

An incredible ski-in/ski-out location. The house was stocked with everything a family could need. The hot tub was surprisingly private considering the proximity to neighbouring houses. Great host with prompt communication and clear instructions. The cabin was perfect for our group of three couples and two little ones.

Outstanding Accommodations!

My husband and adult family stayed in this home for a week in July. It was the perfect location for its distancevfrom Banff, Lake Louise and Revelstoke. We enjoyed hiking, biking, canoeing and white water rafting within this 2-hour radius! The home was well-appointed with a fully-stocked kitchen, excellent variety of oil, vinegar, herbs and spices. We cooked many meals with ease. The beds were super comfortable and the linens, flip-flops!, and many, many pillows were a nice touch! We enjoyed the hot tub and the front deck. Angie was a great communicator! She even offered to help us with dinner reservations. Everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly, too. We were scouting out a place to stay and ski during the winter. We would definitely choose Angie's home as the ultimate ski/out destination.

We had a wonderful stay at this house to ski at KHMR. The home is truly ski in...you just end up right in the backyard! Incredible!The pictures accurately reflect the house. It is well laid out, spacious (we were a family of 4 and had room to spare). We loved that this rental didn't feel like a rental; it felt like a well-cared for home. It was perhaps the most well-stocked STR we had ever stayed at. They literally thought of everything; after a long day of travel it was greatly appreciated. Hot tub was clean and to temp, beds werecomfortable, and every room had room-darkening shades. We will return!!
