This is a newly built and centrally located Airbnb not far from Cape Breton's greatest attractions. The Fortress of Louisbourg is just 30 mins away. The Cabot Trail is not far away with great things to do. Newfoundland ferry is 15 mins away. Petersfield Park is just 5 mins away. Cozy spot is a 2 bedroom unit with an adjoining door between both rooms that is locked. If you need the 2nd bed let us know when booking.
The space
Thankyou in advance for taking your time to consider staying at my place as it is greatly appreciated. Ideal for 2 couples..lf you are 2 people and require access to the 2nd bed that is no problem just let me know upon booking. If you are 3 or 4 people there is an extra charge per person. The Cozy Spot is a 2 bedroom unit nestled in a quiet area of Westmount N.S. The unit consists of a Queen bed , couch, loveseat, 40 inch Smart tv , bathroom and equipped with custom built stand up porcelain shower , pub style table and a hot plate to cook a meal. There is kitchenette inside to prepare a nice meal, equipped with the basic essentials that you will need. Fridge and microwave included. In the summer there is a back area to sit outside with a few chairs and a patio table. The rooms are seperated by an adjoining door in the middle that is locked and only opened when guest's need the service. Each side is a duplicate of each other. The Cozy Spot has a truly unique design that you will enjoy immensely.
Guest access
The Sydney waterfront which is home to the Big Fiddle is just 10 mins away , enjoy some really nice restaurants such as Flavour on the water or Governor's . We are just 15 mins from the Newfoundland ferry. The airport is about 20 mins away. The world famous Cabot Trail awaits you with its breathtaking views or try the Fortress of Louisbourg just 30 mins away. Many world renowned golf courses at your disposal such as The Cabot Cliff's or The Lakes just to name a few. So many great things to do on our island i cannot possibly mention them all in this listing. Cape Breton Island will be an unforgettable experience that will leave you with lifetime memories.
Other things to note
Please leave the place the way you found it, please take outdoor shoes off at the door. No partying permitted at all on the premises. Sociables are highly reccommended..This is a non-smoking home. There is a designated smoking area in the back area . This is a quiet residential area so please respect my place and the neighbors. Thanks Vanessa
