An entire studio apartment, all to yourself. This fully furnished apartment has been beautifully built to provide a blend of comfort and coziness.
The studio is just off the scenic Perry Barr road in Hallett Cove.
 It is a perfect inviting space for your next vacation or business trip.
As you enter, you'll immediately feel at home. It is a sunfilled, well equipped open plan living space with a queen bed and has open wardrobe. We provide bedsheets, pillows, quilt and blanket to ensure a restful night sleep for guests.
The bathroom includes walk in shower with a convenient front loading washing machine, hair dryer and bathroom essentials.
The studio's kitchen is provided with a cooking range, fridge, puratap for filtered water, coffee machine, blender, microwave, toaster, bench air fryer and kettle.
It has a comfy swivel snuggle and three piece dining table. Plenty of powerpoints for charging devices. 
A private courtyard with guest BBQ and outdoor dining facilities.
Free and easy street parking is available just out front.
If you are after a memorable shopping experience 🛍️, Westfield Marion is just 15 minutes drive away. Open seven days a week with wide arey of stores and services, you will find everything you need.
You can also conveniently stock up on essentials on Hallett Cove Shopping Centre which is just a few minutes drive away.

Nice little studio in a great location

Close to Hallett Cove -- beautiful beach and amazing coastal walks. Other reviewers have indicated they walked to the coast and to the Boatshed, but I think that's a bit optimistic for the average person. The studio is tidy and compact and perfect for a short stay.

We loved our stay at Hallet Cove. Perfectly located to southern beaches, vinyards and airport... The studio was tastefully decked out and very well appointed.. loved Natasha's thoughtful birthday greeting gift and real coffee machine.👍(not pods).. Full kitchen facilities etc. Nice and close to a variety of eateries for dine in or out. Cute little sunny private decked and grassed courtyard for morning yoga and coffee😍 Great value for the price. 🙏 Lovely weekend getaway.

Lovely Stay And Welcoming Homely Experience

From start to finish our time at Studio 1 was warm, homely, and above all, truly divine. Every detail was impeccable, every aspect brillaint, leaving the experience to be a perfect blend of cozy and holiday. This is the kind of place that has you saying to yourself “maybe I need to get myself a place like this” because you truly don’t want to leave and can instantly see yourself making this place your home. Even though I live in Adelaide, I can tell you that I will definitely be coming back, just so I can experience this little slice of heaven once more. Thank you so much to our hosts and the brilliant stay that you gave us. From the lovely welcome note, to the bottle of Shiraz, heck even all the way to that incredibly comfy swivel couch (which I’m going to have to ask about the brand and make of that because I NEEEEED it in my life) you made our holiday sublime. Thank you for everything. If anyone else is reading this, go with this one. It’s perfect. Its perfection is also currently shining since my partner and I have currently stayed at another place followed by a hotel and neither has even come close to Studio 1. Thank you again

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cove Studio, it was close to a lovely cafe/restaurant called the boat shed, alao near some nice walks aswell. The host had kindly listed some good eateries close by also. Clean, tidy, quiet, cute little studio with everything we needed. A private entrance to the property, was great, as we arrived late at night and the host Natasha was lovely. We would definitely return for another stay and highly recommend staying here.
