We're perfectly positioned to explore the convenient city-edge neighbourhood by tram or on foot with South Melbourne Market, the CBD, South Wharf, and state-of-the-art South Melbourne Primary School all nearby.
Enjoy the premiere culture destination in Southbank. Visit the National Gallery of VIctoria, Melbourne Recital Centre, the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art and more.
Experience city's finest restaurants include BearBrass on Southgate Ave, The Atlantic on Crown Towers, or a floating bar & restaurant called the Ponyfish Island.
There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.

Getting Around:
Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses, getting around is not going to be a problem at all. The Whiteman/Clarendon Tram Stop is right at your door step!
Myki is the card you will need for all public transport. When using a Myki card, please remember to always have sufficient value for your journey as hefty on the spot fines apply if you travel without correct fare or do not "tap on." Trips are about $3.80 for a 2-hour journey, but it all depends on what zones you travel in, if you are a concession card holder and if you buy a day pass.
Myki cards can be topped up at any 7-11 Stores or petrol stations (BP on Clarendon just a 4min walk from us) or at many other shops that display the MYKI logo. MYKI machines are located at major tram stops, train stations and at convenience stores and news agents. Please be aware that cards can't be topped up on trams or trains any longer.
Only a 2min walk to Europcar South Melbourne. (56-58 Clarendon St, Southbank VIC 3006, Australia) if you need to rent a car.
Flinders St station is only a 15min walk away from us via Sandridge bridge.
If you drive, we have secured 1 FREE parking for you.

This pad accommodates 4 adults comfortably but a max of 5 overnight at no extra charge.

Great location
Location was perfect for what we were looking for. Somethings hindered our stay such as no lights working in the bathroom and no natural light it was unusable without the door open - no privacy. Problem was reported but weird communication at 2am just stated they had reported it. Lots of wear & tear on walls/ doors etc and random
Plenty of room. Clean and tidy. Great family room and amazing views. Perfect location. Great building facilities and unit appliances. Great bathroom and laundry. Easy to get keys. Communication good.
A few minor faults. Light in master bedroom not working, all blinds are a little difficult to use, would prefer the master bed to be on legs, not all TV stations working and maybe some extra blankets.
I will highly recommend this property and will book to stay there again.

Great Location
Good apartment, but lacking the quality touches for the price. Or is the price purely on location.
Small issues- Limited cooking utensils, if not going out to the many options within walking distance. Only 3 cups for a 4 person apartment. We could not enjoy a cup of coffee or tea together.
No ironing board cover, which do make ironing a shirt very difficult.
The lights in the bathroom were not working. With no window in the bathroom it was very dark with the door closed. Without the door closed the toilet was facing the sofa. I called the linked number, with no response. I then emailed and got a response before the end of the day. Suggestions to try try light switches, which surprisingly I had already done. The company then responded by saying they would sent someone around to fix the problem asap. We did not see anyone during our 2 night stay and the bathroom remained in darkness. I guess lucky it was not a more serious issue, but not happy with response. Perhaps too expensive to get someone around over the weekend between Christmas and Near Year. Other than location with a car park, did not feel happy with the stay
