At the rear of the house there are large glass folding doors that provide excellent indoor outdoor flow through to the tiger turf covered courtyard great for entertaining with family friends and kids. High up behind this house is a private cottage separate to this property it is far enough away that you will not know that anyone is even there. This cottage can also be rented too if you need more space (subject to availability). If you do not choose to rent the cottage please respect this area as it may be rented to other guests. The location is amazing and so close to the Auckland International Airport (AKL) which is only around 14km away. This property is located only 4.55 km away from Auckland Ferry Terminal. There are plenty of tourist attractions nearby such as Auckland Domain within 2.6 km and Mt. Eden within 2 km. It is just a 15 mins drive to Sky Tower and the bustling city centre and ferries to the Hauraki Gulf Islands including Waiheke Island only 35 minutes on the ferry.
