Located just 250 metres from the Pumicestone Passage and Caloundra Power Boat Club and only a 2 minute drive to the Golden Beach shops, cafes and take aways this comfortable property is in a great location for a relaxing holiday or if you have an event close by and the Power Boat Club.
This 3 bedroom unit is located on the ground floor level and is part of a two-storey property, however, you do have your own access in and out of the property via the gate at the front.
This modern unit will comfortably sleep up to 6 people with 2 queen beds,1 single bed and a trundle. Your furry friend is also welcome, with small or medium size dogs allowed inside and outside with a gated area at the front of the property with a small patio exclusively for you to take in the beautiful sun while you watch your pet play. There is also a lovely dog park at the end of this quiet street for you and your pet to enjoy.

- Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and in lounge room
- TV and DVD player
- Disability Friendly (walk in shower & separate toilet with grab rail - see refer to photos)

- Onstreet parking only (driveway is for upstair's use only)
Please note you do not have access to the backyard. Only the front yard area.

Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Please note you do not have access to the backyard. Only the front yard area. This is a non smoking property. Prices vary according to the season and length of stay, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
