The location is great for local little town restaurants and shopping. We enjoy coming back to a warm and inviting home and watching tv and chatting at night.

Very cute and clean. Did have a problem with the water pressure but they came and changed the filter for us and it worked perfectly after that.

Perfect Family Gathering Location

Location was perfect for our Family Gathering Location!! We had family from out of town stay here - to visit local family. House had all the amenities we needed and spacious yard for the kiddos to run around in! Our 3 Generation Family had a five night stay and it was perfect.Host was very helpful and accomodating! :) All instructions were clear and very informative! Home was clean and well prepared for our visit. Plan to use for future rentals!!

Host is extremely accommodating and easy to contact. House is way off the beaten path in a very small quiet town. The people are very friendly and everyone knows everyone. I stayed here while working in the area. Only thing I’d ask to change is the tv situation. There is no cable or satellite.

If there was an option for negative stars, this place gets them. The place smelled of mold mildew, and upon walking around to open windows, it was easy to see why. The windows were covered in mold and dead flies, and the sofa had mold all over the surface. We decided to leave immediately. The only saving grace was Jason from Evolve Travel. He got the reservation cancelled and charges removed. The host was not responding to messages or calls in a timely manner, and he steeped in.

The homeowner noted that the property had been vacant for a period of time, and recent poor weather contributed to the condition you encountered. They shared that work is currently underway to take care of the matter and get the property back in great condition.
