There are spectacular ocean views from the large entertaining balcony and lounge room - you can see the local surfers and even dolphins catching the waves. In the cooler months, you can have a cosy night in by the fire.

Master bedroom 1 is on the first floor overlooking the front yard with a king size bed, reverse cycle aircon, tv, walk in wardrobe and ensuite with shower.

Master bedroom 2 is also on the ground floor looking out to the back yard and has a queen size bed, reverse cycle aircon, tv, ensuite with shower and bath.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 and 5 are all upstairs with views towards the green hills in the distance. Queen size beds in each with built in wardrobes, reverse cycle aircon and tv.

The kitchen has Caesarstone bench-tops, gas cook top, double oven and microwave. The dining area has a large table, which leads to the outdoor entertaining deck with 65” TV, fireplace, ceiling fan and the beautiful view of Werri Beach and the Headland.

Also on the ground floor you will find the games room with pool table and dart board, the laundry next door and a guest bathroom.

We also have a Tesla charger in the driveway.
