One of the newest lakeside homes at Cinnamon Shore South, this classic, three-story beach home features designer interiors with contemporary vibe and great water views! Relax in the chic main living space on the second floor, retreat to stylish bedrooms, or head out to enjoy the beachfront or stellar community pools!

AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with infinity edge and splash pad; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions and playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: In a grand, second-floor living space that opens to lakeside balcony, you can lounge on a sectional and plush club chairs. The contemporary dining nook seats 8 and overlooks the lake and porch through picture windows, and it opens to a kitchen that has all the appliances and gadgets you need! Accents in grey and black, such as modern lighting and geometric wallpaper in the powder room, help give the bright white space contemporary flair.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: The primary king suite with connected bath and private, lakeside balcony feels private and luxurious. The room centers on the all-white bed with blue pillows and brown accent throw, facing credenza and wall-mounted flat-screen TV. On the first level, another king suite offers plenty of space, with windows overlooking the lake and sliding door to private bathroom with tiled, walk-in shower. A blue-and-white bunk room features two twin bunks plus trundle to sleep up to 5. More bunks off the third-floor suite accommodate extra guests!

GREAT FEATURES: A spacious laundry room offers washer-dryer and a bench with wall hooks above for towels. The grassy rear lawn overlooks the lake! An outdoor shower makes rinsing off the sand easy after a day on the beach, while a gas grill facilitates cookouts.

Only thing that would have made the stay better is if the ceiling fan in the 3rd floor bedroom was operational without the very loud noise.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice property very comfortable living area and the back porch on the second floor facing the lake is beautiful. On the last day of our stay my wife said look you can see the ocean off the second floor front porch and you could. Only negative is the third floor ceiling fan, noisy and barely runs please replace. Other than that perfect rental.
