HARBOR HAVEN is not just a rental property. It is our very much loved
home away from home.
Newly constructed in 2006, HARBOR HAVEN is beautifully decorated with an open, airy, beachy, Nantucket décor throughout. Our HARBOR HAVEN is strategically located between two ocean front houses at the end of quiet cul-de-sac. The house is positioned so as to enjoy the breathtaking view from the large end deck and two porches. The reversed living plan allows spectacular views from the upstairs living room, kitchen and master bedroom with bath. Downstairs has another master bedroom and bath with a Jacuzzi-whirlpool tub and shower. Both master bedrooms have king-size beds. The third bedroom is a children’s room with a double/single bunk bed and trundle that can sleep four. It also has a queen bed to sleep an additional two. Downstairs also has a large laundry room. All of the bedrooms have private bathrooms. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa and a fireplace. The living room and all of the bedrooms are equipped with new smart TV’s . We also offer high speed Internet access. All house-trained pets are welcome. For you animal lovers, the best part is the white picket fence around the back yard. From the back door take six to eight steps and you are on the boardwalk to the beach which is about 40 yards away. Enjoy an outdoor shower at the back door as you come back from the beach. Beach chairs, sand toys, playpen, high chair, games, puzzles and movies to watch are provided for your convenience. You will have access to two shared pools. The Beach and Racquet club across the street where you can enjoy the large pool and baby pool. Other amenities include tennis, basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, putting, playground, fitness room, gift shop, ice cream and sandwich shop. The other smaller pool is in the same cul-de-sac. Our island is gated for your privacy and security. All linens and towels are provided. Central Air Conditioning and ceiling fans are in every room. Spend your relaxing days enjoying two and a half miles of private, uncrowded, pristine beaches and all of the Islands natural beauty. Spend your nights relaxing on your deck overlooking the ocean and enjoy the cool ocean breezes. We hope that you enjoy HARBOR HAVEN as much as we do.

If you don’t plan to clean the grill after using it then please do not use it.

Golf Cart included- to be driven by licensed, responsible drivers only and never on the beach.

Weekly rentals include 2 gate passes if 2 are needed. Any additional passes are $85.00/week or $25.00/night (my cost)
