Funtasyland Vacation.

Welcome to Funtasyland Vacation Condo! My Disney themed 3 bed/2 bath condo features AVENGERS, MICKEY MOUSE & TOY STORY. Comfortable and stylishly appointed, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit Washer, Dryer, WiFi & cable TV. Free access to the amazing resort facilities including pool, water slide, splash pad and more. Able to sleep 7 or 8 with an infant portable crib. Located about 2 miles from the entrance to the Disney World Parks.

The space
Windsor Hills is a 24-hour gated resort community and is very close to the entrance to the Disney World Theme Parks. You will be able to avoid the long commute and the highway traffic. This unit is very bright and spacious. Here is a list of things to look forward to in the unit –

- Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom
- Mickey Mouse themed bedroom number two has two twin beds
- Marvel themed bedroom number three has a twin bunkbed with an additional pull-out twin bed
- Laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer
- High speed WIFI and Cable TV

- Fully equipped kitchen
- Screened in balcony where off to one side you can see in the distance the fireworks from Disney.
Guest access
Best of all is the resort and all the amazing amenities on-site. Yes, Disney is not far away, but you might decide that you just want to chill and enjoy these amenities. Note the pool, splash pad and slides are free, but some fees do apply for rental of sports equipment.

Why Did I Choose This Neighborhood?
That’s an easy one. I live in the North, where winters can be long and harsh. During my working years, I always looked forward to escaping the cold whenever I could. Almost every year, I spent my two-week vacation in the Kissimmee area. My children absolutely loved the theme parks and all the activities the area had to offer.
Now that I’m retired, I spend much of the winter in Florida and Kissimmee was the natural choice. With so much to do and enjoy, I knew I needed a place of my own here. I often have family and friends visit, so I started searching for the perfect getaway.
I found it.
This community is quiet, well-maintained, and offers something for everyone. From the pool, water slides, splash pad and games room to the sports courts, there’s always something to do. My children and grandchildren love spending time here. The theme parks are close by, of course, but we also enjoy simple pleasures: relaxing by the pool, playing tennis, shooting hoops, or a friendly game of billiards. And when I just want a quiet moment, I sit out on the balcony with a cup of coffee and take it all in.
We’re a short drive from both the Gulf Coast and the Atlantic Ocean, perfect for a spontaneous beach day. While I do cook at home from time to time, the area is full of great restaurants, so dining out is easy and enjoyable.
And perhaps best of all, I can check the weather back home and think to myself, “I’m not freezing!”
This is my home away from home, and I’ve set it up to be comfortable, welcoming, and fun. I’m sure you’ll enjoy it just as much as I do.
