Windsor High-Rise is a gorgeous upgraded condo located on the top floor with elevator access. This 3 bed/2 bath Windsor Hills condo rental features features granite counters, stainless steel appliances and luxurious furniture. Your family will love having a sunny west facing view of the Resort tennis courts!

The whole family will love hanging out in the living room with leather couches, a large flatscreen TV and Playstation 3. Make delicious meals together in the fully-equipped kitchen featuring upgrades including stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinets and granite countertops. Sit down to enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for 4. The beautiful balcony overlooks the Windsor Hills tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. The west-facing balcony has unbeatable sunset views and enjoys sunshine throughout the day.

At the end of the day, retreat to one of the three comfortable bedrooms. The master suite features a comfortable King bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a Queen bed. Kids will love the bedroom that was designed just for them with two twin beds and a trundle! All rooms feature stunning hardwood flooring and TVs.

• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate

• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

Love WH!!

beautiful,updated property! Loved the ice/water in the door of the fridge. Lots of pans and utensils, dishes. Even Kiddie plates, cups and bowls! Would def recommend and return.

Nice place.

The condo was spacious and in an excellent location. Walmart is right down the road, Disney and Universal are super close. The master bed was horrible. It was like sleeping on a cement slab. We honestly debated on getting a hotel the last two nights we were there. We tried the pull out couch bed but it was very springy & even more uncomfortable. The other beds were lovely but obviously they were being occupied. We ended up trying to sleep on the couches the last two nights. There was something sticky under the kids bed closest to the window, not a big deal for us, we wiped it up. There were also several towels & rags shoved under the sink in the large bathroom that the two bed rooms share. Also not a big deal for us. We didn’t care. It was pretty much sparkly clean other than that. There is not a pizza cutter… just a heads up. There is a pizza pan though. It was so stinking quiet also, that was wonderful! Let’s talk about that pool/ mini water park. FANTASTIC. I have a 16, 13, 5 and 1 year old and they had an absolute blast there on both of our free days. It was a lovely feature. It gave us something free to do. The arcade area was cool, the cinema wasn’t available which was very disappointing but that’s ok. The staff was incredible. They were all so nice & polite. I would stay again but maybe in a different condo. The bed was just so hard and uncomfortable. We actually had to get a hotel on the way home tonight just to get some sleep.
