We recently completed a $10000 renovation! Some of the upgrades include- A 60 inch HD Wi-Fi enabled smart TV in the greatroom, 32" HDTV's in all bedrooms, brand new living/dining area furniture, new carpets and new paint.
Enjoy 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen and
laundry, and 4 cable TV's, for less than the cost of a hotel! Our spacious 1447 square foot fully furnished luxury condo at Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee is just 5 minutes from Disney's main gate.
Location is the key! Within the resort our home is perfectly located just a 1-minute walk from the stunning double Olympic size lagoon pool with water slide, spa and dancing fountains, clubhouse with games room, video arcade, movie theater, state of the art exercise room and sundry shop. Further into the resort you will find a castle themed playground and picnic area.
Basketball, volleyball, putting green and tennis courts are offered at the recreation area just around the corner from our condo.

Your host
We love Disney and Kissimmee. We wanted a home for us when we take vacations, and not just a rental property. We use it as often as we can, and rent it out when we aren't able to use it.
Why they chose this property
The location is perfect! Close to Disney, and close to any of the other attractions in the Orlando area. Windsor Hills is a beautifully maintained resort.
What makes this property unique
My son loves the Windsor Hills movie theater. They have a large selections of movies to choose from, and they play movies four times a day.
The slide is great! Never a line like at the water parks!
