Great place to stay

The property was in pristine shape and newly renovated. Great location and community. The host was the best we have ever encountered. Very helpful, thoughtful and responsive. Highly recommend and we have stayed at dozens of VRBO properties.

The best VRBO yet!

This condo was amazing! It is so clean, beautifully decorated and had literally everything you need. Sarah was the best host! She responded immediately to any questions and gave us great recommendations for restaurants, take-out and things to do. I would definitely come back. I wish every VRBO unit was this nice and every host as great as Sarah!

Amazing condo

Exactly as photos say it is! Spacious 3 bedroom condo with great view! Everything brand new and high quality. Light and airy feel with no expense spared. Stocked with everything you need. We would definitely stay here again. Sarah was very kind and accommodating.

I am a Canadian whole has been travelling to Florida for a few years to enjoy the beaches of the Sunshine State. I vacationed in 2022 for the first time in Naples and before I left back home for Canada I purchased this condo.

I am an avid marathon runner, enjoy golf, pickleball, yoga (beach yoga on Marco), cycling, scuba diving and have just started tennis and sailing.

Why they chose this property

Lely Resort is perfect for those who love golf (close enough to walk), play tennis/pickleball, bbq, sit poolside (new furniture in 2023), and enjoy walking on tree-lined streets. The proximity to both downtown Naples and the beaches of Marco Island make it the perfect destination - because you always have a choice of what to explore. We are also close to the highway so if you need to head to the East coast of Florida - we are within 10 min of Hwy 75. Within 2 miles is a Publix, Starbucks, Lowes, Walmart, Ulta Beauty, Fresh Market and over 15 restaurants (American, Mexican, Japanese) as well as fast-food establishments.

We are avid golfers and enjoy the ability to get advanced tee-times and reduced rates at both Flamingo and Mustang golf courses.

What makes this property unique

The coastal living vibe of the condo is what makes it so unique. It has one of the best views in Greenlinks. We have sunrise and sunset - both looking out onto the golf course (one view is fairway the other is the greenO. The condo was renovated 'back to the studs'. New electrical, appliances, brand new kitchen and bathroom (with soaker tub - after a day on the beach or the links). The decor is inviting and makes everyone comfortable. The linens are all high thread count - and all the towels are brand new. The kitchen is stocked (spices, cookware, utensils, wine glasses, etc.)
