About this property

Grand Home on Palmerston Blvd. near Little Italy

Lovingly restored by one of the city's up and coming architect/designers and recently featured on the cover of House & Home magazine, our home is a Grand Dame, located in the heart of Little Italy, one of Toronto's best neighbourhoods, walking distance to everything.

You will have the entire main floor of our home with your own private entrance and parking. There is also a private deck with BBQ, with access to the back yard. And with a fully stocked kitchen, wi-fi, large screen TV, private deck, fluffy robes, BBQ, and free parking, the apartment is truly a home away from home.

And when you are ready to step out, whether it be to the famous Bar Raval and many other great eats, to downtown Toronto, the Annex, University of Toronto, Ryerson, the AGO, the ROM, Kensington Market, Queen Street, streetcars, subways and more, it's all near our home.

You'll love our place because of its unbeatable location, the grand space and many designer's details. The suite is great for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

Perfect Find
This is an amazing property in an amazing location. The pictures do not do the property justice, as the ambiance and decor are outstanding and make it a very special place to stay. It is quiet but yet close to the hustle and bustle of the city with a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance to choose from. It is also close to the subway and streetcar. Our hosts were very responsive and caring. We hope to return in the future.

Amazing! Stupendous! Prodigious! Wondrous!
This is one of the more amazing rentals I have ever rented for my vacation given my at least a couple of decades of renting only holiday accommodations for my annual - sometimes twice annually - vacations. The description in Homeaway is not grand enough and as such the reveal of the expanse of space for a one bedroom rental is just short of gobsmacking! Stupendous! And this is the FIRST rental where the furnishing is of a high quality! Imagine big crystal wine glasses worthy of fine fine wines allowing ample room to breathe! And the only rental that has sharpening steel for their good quality knives! Most rentals tend to provide minimal furnishings - tick the boxes furnishing - and often in less than ideal conditions due to abuse by other renters. It is clear that there is no after thought in furnishing and planning the unit. It is all thought through. Prodigious. Rachel and Bill are excellent hosts - accommodating and very responsive. And very, very lovely people. And yes, I am gushing uncharacteristically but it is a very impressive property. I hated to leave. I can see myself living there very, very comfortably. And such is the effect created. Wondrous.

Wonderful accomodations and great access to Toronto
The hosts and the accommodations were outstanding. Not only is the apartment spacious and lovely and comfortable, but access to on property parking and a beautiful outdoor garden were huge bonuses. Rachel and Bill were very responsive to several requests we had, and very helpful in information about the neighborhood. Which, by the way, is a great base for exploring Toronto and providing great near-by restaurants.

Wow - More Amazing Than Imagined
Wow! We have been renting through this website for many years and have stayed throughout the world. Until this visit, only one location on a rooftop in Rome overlooking the St Peters stands out as much as this home as more amazing and incredible than imagined. This home lacked nothing and was so convenient to everything we wanted to do. We walked to Casa Loma, to the CN Tower, to the Aquarium, and to dinner and cocktails throughout the city. Getting an Uber in Toronto was also the most convenient we have experienced anywhere in the world, evening our own hometown (we order 5x and every car was there in less than 1 minute). Everything in this home is top of the line, down to the Aveda products in the shower and stemware and china available for formal dinners. We will definitely seek to stay here on our next trip to Toronto.
