Recently updated with all new beds, linens, furniture, artwork, and inverter AC units, this refreshing and upbeat villa is perfect for your vacation getaway. Location, location, location - it cant be beat as it is literally a block away from Costco and La Comer (Mexico's version of Wholefoods). Versalles neighborhood with its many trendy boutique restaurants and chilled out vibe is located just 2 blocks away. You can walk to the beach in 25 minutes or world famous Malecon boardwalk in Centro if you are in the mood for a longer trek. Or just take a 3-5 dollar uber to get around to most places. We have updated the lighting to include an eclectic mix of LED Flame simulated lights in the backyard and have introduced theme lighting around the front exterior to bring the house to life. Make beautiful Casa Bellissima your next vacation destination.

Perfect spot for a group trip!

Casa Bellissima was the best! I travelled to PV with a big group, and the home was perfect for our 12 guys. Plenty of space for everyone to get comfortable, bathrooms, an amazing pool, great kitchen, and just an awesome vibe. Aseem was extremely communicative whenever he was needed (which was not often), and the location of the place was excellent - very close to all necessities, and just a short drive to the most exciting parts of PV like the Malecón, Zona Romantica, the beach, and more. Highly recommended for any group of 8 or more people!!

All around PERFECT

Our stay was simply amazing! The communication with the property manager was amazing. Always responded almost immediately. They were super adaptable to our needs. We housed our entire wedding party here for 4 nights and it was perfect. The location is centrally located. Close to grocery story and plenty of local shops for breakfast and coffee. The amenities at the house are top notch. I would 1000% recommend staying here! We will definitely be back to stay again!!

We came for a family reunion of 12 of us and loved out stay here. It was nice that everyone had their own room/bathroom as well space to cook and hangout. The house is beautiful and felt like a lovely retreat. Aseem was a HUGE help even prior to arrival and was able to be reached quickly while we were there with any questions. There was a slight misunderstanding on location with how close to the beach and downtown, but Aseem made it right and updated the listing to reflect the location which felt very safe and had some lovely bakeries and grocery stores near by that made are stay even easier.

Born and raised in Canada, but I fell in love with Puerto Vallarta when I came for the first time 27 years ago. Was looking for a great second home here and found this great casa with cultural charm and all the modern amenities and finishes. I have set the home up for people to enjoy the outside just as much as the inside with the pool and covered sitting area. I hope people will enjoy this as much as my family and friends do.

Why they chose this property

The location is centrally located. It is safe and vibrant. A beautiful park just in front of this house. Costco and La Comer stores exactly one block away. And many of the top restaurants in town are a walking distance away. Neighborhood is full of a mix of locals and expats.
