This charming 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located in the community of Beachwalk Villa. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and is fully equipped for staying in and cooking a home cooked meal. The first level contains the kitchen, living room with patio access, dining area and a half bath. Sit outside on the patio and enjoy views of the neighborhood lake. Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom with a king bed and private bath and the guest bedroom with a queen bed and private bath.

Beachwalk Villas are located on the shores of Horseshoe Lake and on the beach side of the SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®. Beachwalk Villas are two story villas that have private patios overlooking the lake.

Parking available in front of the villas, beautifully landscaped pool area and fishing are are located right out your back door. You can enjoy the wildlife from your living room sofa. Conveniently located next to The Market Shops and approximately a 5 minute walk to the Gulf beaches.
