It is also a few minutes walk to the children's playground and open space and a short trail at the back of the townhouses.

The Host lives on site in a separate unit at the basement. So the Host can easily respond to your needs or requests, if any. The Host has a separate entrance at the back of this unit so she does not share in the main entrance, except on extreme bad snowy weather during winter, where passing at the back may be treacherous and dangerous.

Available for long-term rental subject to submission of ID's, credit reports, rental application/agreement and other documents.

My place is in a central area of Niagara where I can easily access through highways 406, 58 and QEW. There are 3 airports that I can choose from - Lester Pearson International Airport in Toronto, Canada John Munro International Airport in Hamilton, Canada and Buffalo International Airport in Buffalo, New York, USA.

I chose this neighbourhood because it is a newly built, peaceful, safe community. I love being in the Niagara Region because of what it offers - Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake, farms, wineries, great restaurants, entertainment, hiking and scenic walking areas, waterfalls, less traffic and accessible to all amenities.

What makes this property unique

This property is well appointed premium lot and one of the few units with absolutely stunning, unobstructed view of the pond and lush greeneries at the backyard. There is a deck accessible by sliding door from the living room or if you love to walk during nice weather, you can pass by either sides of the 3-unit townhouse complex.

It is also a few minutes walk to the children's playground and open space and a short trail at the back of the townhouses.
