This apartment is located on the 17th level of the building. You will have access to lifts for easier check-in and check-out.
BEDROOM: Your bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Also, the bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash.
Note that the exhaust fan will stay on for extended periods if there is still heat or steam in the bathrooms. It’s on a self-timer and will automatically shut off when deemed necessary.
KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - to turn on, make sure that the wall switch beside the kitchen sink is turned on - oven - microwave - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TV that you can use. There`s also a Chromecast dongle attached to the TV (Choose HDMI3 in Input to use it). It has access to local channels as well.
LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING: The parking garage can fit up to 1 car. There are also options for free and paid street parking. Visitors` car spaces located directly outside the front doors - are very limited. Free parking in the McDonald’s car park adjacent (at own risk).
COMMON AREA: You will have the access to the building`s pool on the 26th floor throughout your stay.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

You can walk to public basketball courts, a public skating park, bowling, Westfield Belconnen or go for a jog around the lake. The best cafe in the area is chatterbox which is just a two-minute walk down the road.
Ideally, you would drive. There is unlimited parking beside Mcdonald`s if you have multiple cars.

WIFI: Due to the increased work-from-home and online classes for the general population, the current internet provision in the property may be intermittently slow. **No Smoking | No Pets** This is a smoke-free and pet-free home throughout. Violations attract a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are welcome where required by law.
**Leave It as You Found It** Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).
**Registered Guests Only** Only guests named on the booking may stay. Booking for a team or corporate trip? Just let us know in advance — we`re happy to help.
**No Parties or Events** This is a quiet residential neighbourhood — please help us respect it. Guest numbers must not exceed those booked, visitors should depart by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after that time. To maintain the serene ambiance of our accommodation, we enforce a strict no-party rule. A non-negotiable penalty of $2000 will be imposed for any violation, in addition to costs for any damages.
**Families Welcome** Children are warmly welcome! Please note the property is not child-proofed, so supervision is required at all times.
**Bathroom Matters** We kindly request our guests to refrain from flushing wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary items. Discarding them in the provided bin would help to prevent blockages in the sewer system, maintaining the pristine condition of the property.

The property had a lovely outlook with easy access to shops and local walks.
It was clean but tidy. Our one concern was the limited cooking appliances for the cook top which limited what we could prepare.
Easy checkin, great location, good comms., good value, good inclusions re pantry items, great view. Really enjoyed my 1 week stay. Highly recommended.

Communication through email and SMS made it tricky to keep up.
The black colour made the space seem small
Curtains need to be double in width to keep the light out.
The unit was clean but wipe marks were present on mirror, cupboards and benches.
